Impacts: Significant ice accumulation on power lines and tree limbs may cause scattered power outages. Travel could be nearly impossible, especially the Monday morning commute.
Additional Details: The heaviest ice accumulation will occur between midnight and 10 AM Monday. Temperatures quickly fall behind freezing with gusty winds on Monday afternoon and evening, may cause addition power outages into Tuesday morning.
