What: West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.
Where: Bailey, Cochran, Hockley, Lamb, Terry, Yoakum, and Parmer Counties.
When: From 10 AM to 6 PM CST Friday.
Impacts: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few power outages may result. Patchy blowing dust may also result in localized visibility reductions.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
