* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessiverainfall is expected.* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the followingcounties, Travis and Williamson.* WHEN...Until 500 PM CDT.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.Some low-water crossings may become impassable. Ponding of waterin urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 200 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due tothunderstorms. This will cause urban and small streamflooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected overthe area.
