...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...Sulphur River Near Talco affecting Morris, Red River, Titus andFranklin Counties.For the Sulphur River...including Talco...Minor flooding is forecast.* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.* WHERE...Sulphur River near Talco.* WHEN...Until early Wednesday morning.* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Expect minor lowland flooding of theheavily wooded floodplain. Ranchers that may have cattle andequipment in the river bottoms should move them to higher ground.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 6:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 20.9 feet.- Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet.- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hoursending at 6:45 PM CDT Monday was 21.0 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stagetomorrow morning and continue falling to 15.3 feet Saturdayevening.- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of20.9 feet on 03/17/2014.- http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
