What: Very cold wind chills as low as zero expected.
Where: North Texas.
When: From midnight tonight to 11 AM CST Saturday.
Impacts: The dangerously cold wind chills as low as zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite on exposed skin if precautions are not taken.
Recommended Action
Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must go outside.
