...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...Trinity River at Liberty affecting Liberty County.Trinity River at Riverside affecting San Jacinto, Polk, Walkerand Trinity Counties.Trinity River near Moss Bluff affecting Chambers and LibertyCounties.For the Trinity River...including Riverside, Liberty, Moss Bluff...Moderate flooding is forecast.* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding isforecast.* WHERE...Trinity River at Liberty.* WHEN...Until further notice.* IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding begins as roadsinto several outlying communities above Liberty are closed withresidents in 5 or 6 subdivisions cut off if not evacuated.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 8:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 26.8 feet.- Bankfull stage is 21.0 feet.- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hoursending at 8:15 PM CDT Wednesday was 26.9 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 27.7 feet earlySunday morning.
