S: Until 1215 AM CDT/1115 PM MDT/. At 1040 PM CDT/940 PM MDT/, a wall of dust was along a line extending from near Eunice Airport to 10 miles west of Jal to 7 miles west of Wink to 18 miles southeast of Grandfalls to 12 miles northeast of Sheffield, moving west at 40 mph.
Hazard: Less than a quarter mile visibility with strong wind in excess of 50 mph.

Locations impacted include Carlsbad, Pecos, Fort Stockton, Eunice, Jal, Wink, Toyah, Mentone, Loving, Balmorhea, Grandfalls, Barstow, Pyote, Eunice Airport, Jal Airport, Red Bluff Reservoir, Orla, Saragosa, Malaga, and Balmorhea Lake.
