Flood Advisory
What: Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
Where: A portion of west central Texas, including the following county, Tom Green.
When: Until midnight CDT tonight.
Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Additional Details: - At 954 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include San Angelo, Goodfellow Air Force Base, Lake Nasworthy, O.C. Fisher Reservoir, San Angelo State Park, Twin Buttes Reservoir, Wall, Grape Creek and Harriet. - This includes the following Low Water Crossing

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
