Description
What: Dangerously cold wind chills into the single digits above zero expected.
Where: Portions of southeast Georgia and southeast South Carolina.
When: From 4 PM this afternoon to 1 PM EST Sunday.
Impacts: An extended period of freezing temperatures could cause ruptured water pipes.
Recommended Action
Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must go outside. Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
