What: Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 12 inches, with locally higher amounts possible on the highest elevations. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
Where: Portions of southwest and western Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia.
When: From 1 AM Sunday to 1 AM EST Tuesday.
Impacts: Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
