Description
What: Very cold wind chills as low as 18 below expected.
Where: A portion of central Pennsylvania.
When: From 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Sunday.
Impacts: The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
Recommended Action
Use caution while venturing outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
