Description
What: Very cold wind chills as low as 19 below.
Where: Cambria, Clearfield, and Somerset Counties.
When: For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until 10 AM EST this morning. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Saturday.
Impacts: The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 19 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Recommended Action
If outdoors, dress in layers and cover exposed skin.
