Description

What: Very cold wind chills as low as 13 below expected.
Where: Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, Schuylkill, and York Counties.
When: From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Saturday.
Impacts: The cold wind chills approaching 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

Recommended Action

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
