Where: Portions of east central Ohio, northwest, southwest, and western Pennsylvania, and northern West Virginia.
When: For the Extreme Cold Warning, until 11 AM EST Saturday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 7 PM Saturday to 11 AM EST Sunday.
Impacts: The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. An extended period of freezing temperatures could cause ruptured water pipes.

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must go outside. Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
