What: Very cold wind chills as low as 17 below expected tonight into Sunday. Wind chills this morning will be between zero and 5 below.
Where: A portion of central Pennsylvania.
When: From 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Sunday.
Impacts: The cold wind chills as low as 17 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
Recommended Action
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
