Additional Details: - At 1012 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Pittsburgh, Penn Hills, Mount Lebanon, Bethel Park, Ross Township, Wheeling, McCandless Township, Monroeville, Moon Township, McMurray, Greensburg, Weirton, McKeesport, Steubenville, Washington, Franklin Park, East Liverpool, Jeannette, Aliquippa and Canonsburg. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
