Description

What: Lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph.
Where: Northern Erie County.
When: From 10 AM Monday to 4 PM EST Tuesday.
Impacts: Plan on slippery road conditions with slower travel likely. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes. Strong winds could cause tree damage.
Additional Details: The heaviest snow is expected late Monday afternoon and evening. Snowfall rates may reach 1 inch per hour at times.
