Description
What: Very cold wind chills 10 to 19 degrees below zero expected.
Where: A portion of central Pennsylvania.
When: From 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Saturday.
Impacts: The cold wind chills as low as 19 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
Additional Details: Dangerously cold wind chills are possible again Saturday night into Sunday morning. Additional Cold Weather Advisories may be needed.
Recommended Action
If outdoors, dress in layers and cover exposed skin.
