Where: In Pennsylvania, Beaver, Greene, Washington, and Allegheny Counties. In West Virginia, Marion and Monongalia Counties.
When: From midnight tonight to 9 AM EDT Friday.
Impacts: Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
