Description

What: Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches.
Where: Potter, Sullivan, and Tioga Counties.
When: From 5 PM this afternoon to 1 PM EST Thursday.
Impacts: Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.
Additional Details: Rain will transition to snow this evening and continue through tonight before tapering to snow showers on Thursday. A gusty northwest wind will send temperatures plummeting below the freezing mark overnight into the mid teens by Thursday morning. Wind chill values Thursday morning will range between 5 below and 5 above zero.
