Patchy dense fog is expected to continue through the morning hours along the I-84 corridor in and west of Pendleton. If traveling, expect rapid changes in visibility, slow down, use low-beam headlights, and allow extra distance between your vehicle and those around you.

What: For the High Wind Warning, southeast winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 75 mph.
Where: In Oregon, Foothills of the Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon. In Washington, Foothills of the Blue Mountains of Washington.
When: Until 2 PM PST this afternoon.
Impacts: Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
Additional Details: Strongest winds will be along the base and slopes of the northern Blue Mountains.

Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution if you must drive.
