* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to bepossible.* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Madison, Sebastian andWashington AR and Oklahoma, including the following counties,Adair, Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore, Pushmataha andSequoyah.* WHEN...From 4 PM CDT this afternoon through Sunday afternoon.* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- Showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop to the westof the area this afternoon and increase in coverage andintensity as these storms move into eastern Oklahoma thisevening and into northwest and west central Arkansas tonight.Expect rainfall totals from 2 to 4 inches to be common, withlocalized amounts up to 6 inches.- http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
