* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to bepossible.* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Madison, Sebastian andWashington AR and Oklahoma, including the following counties,Adair, Cherokee, Choctaw, Craig, Creek, Delaware, Haskell,Latimer, Le Flore, Mayes, McIntosh, Muskogee, Nowata, Okfuskee,Okmulgee, Osage, Ottawa, Pawnee, Pittsburg, Pushmataha, Rogers,Sequoyah, Tulsa, Wagoner and Washington OK.* WHEN...Through Sunday evening.* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- Widespread heavy rainfall over the last week has led to verysaturated ground, excessive runoff, and rising rivers andstreams across the area. Another couple rounds of showers andstorms are expected this weekend, with widespread moderate tolocally heavy rainfall possible through Sunday evening.Additional rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches will be possible,with locally higher amounts leading to both flash floodingand mainstem river flooding concerns.- http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
