Description

What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
Where: Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties, Atoka, Bryan, Carter, Cleveland, Coal, Comanche, Cotton, Garvin, Grady, Hughes, Jefferson, Johnston, Love, Marshall, McClain, Murray, Pontotoc, Pottawatomie, Seminole and Stephens and northern Texas, including the following county, Clay.
When: Until 10 AM CDT this morning.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
