Description

What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
Where: Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties, Benton, Crawford, Sebastian and Washington AR and Oklahoma, including the following counties, Adair, Cherokee, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore, McIntosh, Muskogee, Pittsburg, Pushmataha and Sequoyah.
When: From 10 PM CDT this evening through Saturday morning.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Additional Details: - Widespread showers and thunderstorms will move slowly southward across the eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas late tonight through early Saturday morning. Rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches will be common with localized amounts of 4 to 5 inches possible. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
