What: Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
Where: Eagle Creek at Phalanx Station.
When: Until late Friday morning.
Impacts: At 13.0 feet, Flooding begins on Braceville Robinson Road. Portions of Barcley Messerly Road south of Eagle Creek Road will be impassable. Some homes will be threatened.
Additional Details: - At 9:00 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 12.3 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.4 feet late this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Friday morning. - Flood stage is 9.5 feet. - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety and preparedness information.

Flood Advisory
What: Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
Where: A portion of northeast Ohio, including the following counties, Mahoning, Portage, Stark, Summit and Trumbull.
When: Until 1045 PM EDT.
Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
Additional Details: - At 711 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported flooding in the advisory area. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Akron, Youngstown, Warren, Ravenna, Boardman, Kent, Barberton, Green, Alliance, Niles, Tallmadge, North Canton, Campbell, Hubbard, Canfield, Cortland, Newton Falls, Mogadore, Lordstown and Hartville. - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety and preparedness information.
