Where: In Ohio, Ashtabula Inland, Ashtabula Lakeshore, Lake, Mahoning, and Trumbull Counties. In Pennsylvania, Crawford, Northern Erie, and Southern Erie Counties.
When: Until 9 AM EDT this morning.
Impacts: Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
Recommended Action
If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
