Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Additional Details: - At 521 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Akron, Canton, Mansfield, Wooster, Ashland, Massillon, Barberton, Green, Wadsworth, North Canton, Shelby, Orrville, Rittman, Ontario, Crestline, Doylestown, Creston, Dalton, West Salem and Hayesville. - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety and preparedness information.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.

At 627 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Shreve, or 10 miles southwest of Wooster, moving east at 40 mph.
Hazard: 60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
