Description

What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.
Where: The following counties, in southwest Ohio, Butler and Warren. In west central Ohio, Champaign, Clark, Greene, Miami, Montgomery and Preble.
When: Until 1145 AM EDT.
Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Additional Details: - At 835 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding on several roadways in Montgomery County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include Dayton, Hamilton, Kettering, Middletown, Beavercreek, Huber Heights, Fairborn, Troy, Trotwood, Oxford, Miamisburg, Springboro, Vandalia, Englewood, Trenton, Urbana, Franklin, Tipp City, Bellbrook and Moraine.
