Additional Details: - At 12:00 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 12.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 15.1 feet tomorrow evening.
