Description

What: Very cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero expected.
Where: Portions of eastern Ohio, western Pennsylvania, and northern West Virginia.
When: Until 11 AM EST Saturday.
Impacts: Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. An extended period of freezing temperatures could cause ruptured water pipes.

Recommended Action

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
