What: Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30 expected tonight.
Where: Guernsey, Monroe, Muskingum, and Noble Counties.
When: From 1 AM to 10 AM EDT Tuesday.
Impacts: Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
