What: Minor flooding is forecast.
Where: Blanchard River at Ottawa.
When: From this evening to Saturday morning.
Impacts: At 23.0 feet, Lowland flooding occurs mainly in south Ottawa. Flood water also gets into low farmlands.
Additional Details: - At 7:30 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 21.6 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 23.5 feet tomorrow morning.
