Eel River at North Manchester affecting Wabash, Whitley, Kosciusko, Cass IN and Miami Counties. Maumee River at Napoleon affecting Henry County. Maumee River near Defiance affecting Henry and Defiance Counties. Maumee River at Fort Wayne affecting Allen IN and Paulding Counties. Saint Joseph River Ohio near St. Joe River Ft. Wayne affecting Allen IN County. Saint Joseph River Ohio near Newville affecting Allen IN, Defiance and De Kalb Counties. Tippecanoe River near Ora affecting Pulaski County. Tiffin River at Stryker affecting Williams, Defiance and Fulton OH Counties.
: The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Ohio Saint Joseph River Ohio below Montpelier affecting Williams County. For the Tippecanoe Riverincluding Ora, Winamac, Norway Dam Moderate flooding is forecast. For the Eel Riverincluding North ManchesterMinor flooding is forecast. For the Maumee Riverincluding Fort Wayne, Defiance, Napoleon Minor flooding is forecast. For the Saint Joseph River Ohioincluding Montpelier, Newville, St. Joe River Ft. WayneModerate flooding is forecast. For the Tiffin Riverincluding StrykerMinor flooding is forecast.
What: Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
Where: Saint Joseph River Ohio below Montpelier.
When: Until early Thursday morning.
Impacts: At 14.0 feet, County Road K, one mile southwest of Montpelier is flooded. Flood waters affect the southeast side of Pioneer and cover large areas of low land and agricultural land near the river.
