Where: The northern Piedmont and northern Coastal Plain of North Carolina, including the following counties, Alamance, Durham, Forsyth, Granville, Guilford, Halifax, Orange, Person, Vance and Warren.
When: Through Thursday evening.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
