With surface temperatures near freezing, any leftover wetness on untreated surfaces may result in patchy black ice formation. Use caution if walking or driving this morning. Be prepared for a possible thin layer of ice on roadways, sidewalks, stairs, driveways or any other untreated ground surfaces.
