Locations Impacted Include: Poughkeepsie, Kingston, Beacon, New Paltz, Saugerties, Rhinebeck, Pawling, Hunter, Hyde Park, Milton, Plattekill, Pleasant Valley, Hurley, Woodstock, Wappingers Falls, Amenia, Livingston, Highland, Pine Plains, and Fishkill. This includes Interstate 87 between exits 18 and 20.
