What: Lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations 3 to 5 inches in the most persistent lake snows. The highest amounts will be across the Boston Hills and Chautauqua Ridge. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph will also produce blowing and drifting snow.
Where: Wyoming, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and Southern Erie Counties.
When: Until 1 AM EST Monday.
Impacts: Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility. Gusty winds will down tree branches and cause isolated power outages.
