The National Weather Service in Binghamton has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for East central Delaware County in central New York Northeastern Sullivan County in central New York Until 1030 PM EDT. At 1005 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Fleischmanns to near Willowemoc, moving east at 60 mph.
Hazard: 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

Impact: Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include Neversink, Roxbury, Margaretville, Fleischmanns, Arkville, Parksville, Livingston Manor, Grahamsville, Willowemoc, and Dunraven.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. Large hail, damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning are occurring with these storms.
