Additional Details: - 1 to 3 inches of rainfall have fallen across locations in the watch area. Additional rainfall amounts today into tonight range between 0.25 inches and 0.5 inches. What: Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
Where: West Canada Creek at Hinckley.
When: Until tomorrow afternoon.
Impacts: At 1228.0 feet, Moderate flood stage. Three feet of water are spilling over and there is widespread flooding downstream between Hinckley and Herkimer.
Additional Details: - At 3:45 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 1228.4 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise to a crest of 1228.6 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning. - Flood stage is 1227.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
