Additional Details: - 1 to 3 inches of rainfall have fallen across locations in the watch area. Additional rainfall amounts today into tonight range between 0.25 inches and 0.5 inches. Where: West Canada Creek at Hinckley.
When: Until tomorrow afternoon.
Impacts: At 1228.0 feet, Moderate flood stage. Three feet of water are spilling over and there is widespread flooding downstream between Hinckley and Herkimer.
