What: Lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations 4 to 7 inches in the most persistent lake snows across the Tug Hill Plateau, and less than 3 inches for the surrounding lower elevations. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will produce some blowing and drifting snow.
Where: The Eastern Lake Ontario Region. The greatest additional accumulations will be across the Tug Hill Plateau, with much lower accumulations across the lower elevations.
When: Until 7 AM EST Tuesday.
Impacts: Travel will be difficult with snow covered roads and reduced visibility at times.
