What: Very cold wind chills as low as 11 below expected.
Where: Eastern Essex, Eastern Union, Hudson, Western Essex, and Western Union Counties.
When: From midnight tonight to 10 AM EST Friday.
Impacts: The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
Recommended Action
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
