Impact: Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include Newark, Jersey City, Elizabeth, Flatbush, Flushing, Bayonne, Hoboken, Coney Island, Secaucus, Harrison, Todt Hill, Crown Heights, The Verrazano Narrows Bridge, Midtown Manhattan, RFK Bridge, Jackson Heights, Forest Hills, Canarsie, Bay Ridge and Astoria.
