Winter Weather Advisory
What: Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches, with higher amounts above pass level. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
Where: The Continental Divide along the Rocky Mountain Front, Upper Blackfoot and MacDonald Pass, Elkhorn and Boulder Mountains, and Northwest Beaverhead County.
When: From 6 AM Thursday to 6 AM MDT Friday.
Impacts: Tire chains may be required for some vehicles if traveling through mountain passes.
Additional Details: The heavy and wet variety of snow may pose snow load impacts to infrastructure.
