What: Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 10 inches below 6,000 ft and 12 to 20 inches above 6,000 feet. Winds gusting over 50 mph at times.
Where: East Glacier Park Region Zone.
When: Until noon MDT Thursday.
Impacts: Travel could be very difficult and tire chains may be required for some vehicles. Falling and or blowing snow may significantly reduce visibility. Those in the backcountry should ensure they are prepared for dangerous conditions.
