Flood Watch
What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
Where: Portions of southeast Kansas, including the following areas, Bourbon, Cherokee and Crawford and Missouri, including the following areas, Barry, Barton, Benton, Cedar, Christian, Dade, Greene, Hickory, Jasper, Lawrence, McDonald, Newton, Polk, St. Clair, Stone and Vernon.
When: Through Sunday morning.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
Where: Portions of central, southwest, and west central Missouri, including the following counties, in central Missouri, Benton and Hickory. In southwest Missouri, Polk. In west central Missouri, St. Clair.
When: Until 600 AM CDT.
Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Additional Details: - At 1201 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Warsaw, Hermitage, Humansville, Weaubleau, Wheatland, Pittsburg, Preston, Cross Timbers, Flemington, Fristoe, Edwards, Whitakerville, Quincy, Hastain, Nemo, Knobby, Lakeview Heights, Edmonson, Elkton, Racket, Zora, Pomme de Terre Lake, Truman Lake, Lake of The Ozarks, Pomme De Terre State Park and Truman State Park. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Severe Thunderstorm Warning
At 1214 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 7 miles east of Bolivar to 7 miles southwest of Pleasant Hope to Willard to near Miller, moving east at 40 mph.
Hazard: 60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
Source: Radar indicated.
Impact: Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include Springfield, Republic, Bolivar, Battlefield, Willard, Strafford, Ash Grove, Fair Grove, Walnut Grove, Pleasant Hope, Morrisville, Brookline, Glidewell, Sacville, Ebenezer, Bassville, Brighton, Turners, Bois D'arc, and Olive. This includes Interstate 44 between mile markers 59 and 90.
