Description
What: Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below expected.
Where: Portions of south central, southwest, and west central Illinois and central, east central, northeast, and southeast Missouri.
When: From midnight Sunday Night to noon CST Monday.
Impacts: The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Recommended Action
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
