Description

What: Very cold wind chills as low as 40 below expected.
Where: Portions of central, north central, northwest, and west central Minnesota and northeast and southeast North Dakota.
When: From noon Sunday to noon CST Monday.
Impacts: The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

Recommended Action

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
