Where: Lake Of The Woods, North Beltrami, South Beltrami, and North Clearwater Counties.
When: From 7 PM this evening to 1 AM CDT Friday.
Impacts: Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
